Bed and Breakfast Booking Policy as at 1st January, 2008
     A deposit of 50% of the booking is required to confirm the reservation 
    This can be done by credit card. (Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard).

Bed and Breakfast Cancellation Policy as at 1st January, 2008
Outside of 14 days prior to arrival 15% of total accommodation cost will be kept. (Enough to cover our costs.) 
Within 14 days prior to arrival and more than 7 days prior to arrival 50% of total accommodation cost will apply.  Within 7 days prior to arrival time or if guests fail to arrive 100% of accommodation cost may be charged.
