From the main bedroom with its
full mirror wardrobe doors one may lie in bed drinking
in the magnificent garden views.

After an exciting day exploring
the Yarra Valley enjoy a relaxing time in the large double
corner spabath.
|
For those travelling with another
couple or elderly parents the second bedroom has a double
bed.
|
|
The draw curtains on the bedroom
window afford privacy yet can be drawn back to drink in
the magnificent views.
|
The cottage has a large television
as well as a DVD/Cassette player combo.
|
From the loungeroom window the
views stretch across the valley and to Mount Donna Buang.
|

The kitchen has full cooking facilities
with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster and
tea/coffee making facilities. Guests are able to cook
a full breakast at their own leisure from generous breakfast
provisions.

Guests are able to leave their
air-conditioned cottage and wander amongst the garden
beds to watch the numerous birds which live and feed on
the the plants in the 8 acre garden or study the amazing
Australian native flora.

From the dining table the view
through the large bay window takes in the internationally
recognised gardens, the lake, the Yarra Valley to the
distant Great Dividing Range.

A deposit of 50% of the booking is required
to confirm the reservation

credit card. (Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard).

arrangements.
Cancellation Policy as at 2nd October, 08
Outside
of 14 days prior to arrival 15% of total accommodation cost will be
kept. (Enough to cover our costs.)
Within 14 days prior to arrival and more than 7 days prior to arrival
50% of total accommodation cost will apply. Within 7 days prior
to arrival time or if guests fail to arrive 100% of accommodation cost
may be charged.
